- Immediate Cancellation: Full refund if cancelled within 1 hour of payment
- 24-Hour Window: 90% refund if cancelled within 24 hours of payment
- Before Processing: If you have not submitted any required documents, you will receive a full refund. If you have submitted your application documents and our team has started initial work, a 90% refund will be issued.
- During Processing: 75% refund if cancelled before document preparation begins. 50% refund if cancelled after document preparation has started.
- After Submission: No refund is available once documents are submitted to authorities. However, you may contact our support team to discuss your case. Our team will review your request manually and provide a fair response based on the situation.
