Fees and Refund Policy
Our services are provided at the rates listed on the Website. Payment is due according to our invoices. We strive to process your application within the specified time, depending on IRS processing time and the accuracy of provided information. If an EIN or ITIN is not obtained due to an unfixable error, a full refund will be issued. If an EIN or ITIN is successfully assigned, no refund will be given. If you cancel your order within 30 days, you will receive a 25% refund. After 30 days, no refund will be issued unless the application concludes with no result.

For incomplete orders due to customer-provided inaccurate information, we will attempt to rectify the issue once. If there is another error, a 25% refund of the processing fee will be issued. For EIN applications with a Reference 101 error from the IRS, Be Filing INC/Be Filing LTD will guide you through manual filing and provide a refund of the service fee minus $15 if the application cannot be processed.

Privacy
The Company Privacy Policy applies to the use of this Website. By using the Website, you acknowledge that internet transmissions are never completely private or secure. Information you send to the Website may be read or intercepted by others.

Liability

Our services are available only to individuals who can legally enter into and form contracts online. If you are under 18, you may only use our services with the consent of your parent or legal guardian. Refusal

We reserve the right to refuse or cancel your order at any time for reasons including but not limited to product or service availability, errors in the description or price of the product or service, errors in your order, or other reasons. We also reserve the right to refuse or cancel your order if fraud or an unauthorized or illegal transaction is suspected.

Payment

All payments for our services must be made in full and in advance. No cancellations are accepted after booking our services, and service fees are non-refundable. We may offer a refund in exceptional circumstances if we fail to deliver the service.

If the client cannot provide the required documents, we will wait until they do. Clients must complete the form correctly and provide all required documents within 8 weeks. If the client fails to comply within this period, no refund will be issued.

In the event we fail to deliver the service after our submission, we will provide a 110% refund, which includes the fee paid by the client. We may reject or accept a refund request at our sole discretion.

Pricing/Fee Policy

Prices shown on the Site are in US Dollars. We may modify our fees for the services at our sole discretion and at any time.
